In 2012 we made direct donations of $11,655.00 to local charities through our races. An additional $10,000.00 was raised through races that we managed for area charitable organizations.
Located on the South Shore, our race management and consulting services company will provide you with outstanding service for your road race needs so you can focus on the main purpose of your event. Whether it be a fundraiser for a friend or family member or a local cause, our services will allow you to spend the time speaking with prospective sponsors, securing volunteers and being the spokesperson of your event while we handle the details.
We can help with the organization and marketing of your existing event to bring you more runners which raises additional funds for your charity. We can also help you create an event and work side by side with you to make sure all details are covered and your event is created according to your plan.

What we do:
- Consultation on race distance and course design
- Secure timing company
- Online posting – all running websites, broadcast notification to all Massachusetts running clubs and running stores, Facebook
- Online registration setup and management with weekly reports to you on activity for your upcoming event
- Assist with brochure distribution promoting your event at local races
- Link to your website from our site and online registration
- Signs, markings and race day setup. We will come out and put up signs, mark the course and provide help with setup and registration services on race day.
- Meet with police to review placement needs
- Supply timing company with all registration information – email addresses will not be used for any other purposes than to notify participants of information for this specific event only. Email addresses will not be shared with any other outside party or used for solicitation purposes.
- Online marketing to all Massachusetts running clubs and press information to newspapers
- Negotiate pricing on tshirts, trophies, printers/signage, tents, tables, etc.
- Manage race day registration with race director
- Number of race committee volunteers needed
- Number of race day volunteers needed with locations and job descriptions for each
- Post race feedback survey
